The project team developed a grinder using this new technology, namely a new high-speed grinder. Due to advanced performance, the related grinding machine prototype has been applied in more than a dozen units in China, but also twice exported to Australia, by the domestic and foreign users of the general praise. This technology is only used in the processing of individual parts, the application is not widespread enough, but should further improve the processing technology, optimize the grinding process parameters, expand the range of grinding processing; But also to improve the grinding machine, improve the performance of the grinding machine, improve the shape of the grinding machine, so as to achieve the practical, commercial degree, in order to be more widely used.

The main types of grinding machines are disc grinding machines, rotary shaft grinding machines and various special grinding machines.
Disc grinder
There are two kinds of single disc and double disc, and the application of double disc grinding machine is the most common. On the double disc grinder (see figure [double disc grinder]), multiple workpieces are placed in the cage between the upper and lower grinding disks at the same time. The cage and the workpiece are driven by eccentric or planetary mechanism to make planar parallel motion. Rotary shaft grinding machine
The workpiece or grinding tool (adjustable grinding ring or grinding rod) is driven by the positive and reverse rotating spindle. The structure is simple and used for grinding the inner and outer cylindrical surface.
Special grinding machine
According to the different grinding workpiece, there are center hole grinding machine, ball grinding machine and gear grinding machine. In addition, there is a centerless grinding machine using a similar principle of centerless grinding, used for grinding cylindrical workpiece.
